Don't Call it a Comeback

I've been conspicuously absent from the blogosphere, since, gulp, April. After publicly proclaiming that one of my New Year's resolutions was to write on this thing twice a month, and then even more publicly promoting this blog on my own ~highly~ trafficked Fbook profile, I can honestly say I didn't think 2018 would turn out like this for Carly's bananas. The good news is, I'm back, I'm still bananas, and I don't really have an explanation for what happened. Meaning nothing bad happened, life just took over. The other good news is that even though I wasn't writing, so many people picked up my own slack and sent so many good banana pictures. And no, I didn't really organize them, but I'm going to dig through some texts and emails and whatsapps and ensure they are brought to light.
